A Message From Superior Subaru of Houston
Dear Superior Subaru of Houston family of customers.
I write this to you with a heartfelt understanding of the uncertainty and confusion of what is going on in our world today and the mixed emotions we are all experiencing. We here at Superior Subaru truly value and appreciate each and every one of you and we want you to know that we are taking the Covid-19 virus very seriously. I just want to convey we have taken a proactive approach to ensure that our associates and you, our customer, are limited to exposures of this virus.
As concerns about COVID-19 grow, we are following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and taking precautions to make sure our associates and customers are safe and healthy. We have reached out to local public health officials at the Harris County Board of Health and are monitoring advisories from the Texas Department of Health.
Our dealership is cleaned every 24 hours. We have also implemented and or expended our efforts to include but not limited to the following areas:
- We have increased the frequency in which high-volume, high-touch areas, including paper towel dispensers, vanity tops, counters, and door handles, are cleaned
- Installation of hand sanitizer stations placed throughout the dealership.
- Employees are prohibited from coming to the dealership if feeling ill, and we ask the same from our customers.
- Our staff is required to engage in good hygiene by frequently washing their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
- We have distributed critical information to key staff members and business partners to help prevent communicable sicknesses throughout this dealership
- Our showroom offices and demo vehicles are disinfected and cleaned throughout the day - these measures include the use of disinfectant cleaning agents and increased frequency
- As an added level of precaution, we will be temporarily removing most toys from our children play areas to ensure we can regularly clean those spaces
